Electric/water meter reading its not manually recorded, to avoid fraud and more precise data recording.
Data recording is done by taking picture of the meter and the data will send to server. Photo coordinate is included in the picture so its imposible to use same picture from past picture over and over again.
Meter data record officer will visit customer's house to take a picture electric/water meter to record monthly usage, the picture is along with photo's coordinate to avoid fraud happen durung the recording data. From the meter picture, biller can calculate monthly bill and send the bill to MKM and continued to customer.
